Starting out as a music and fashion journalist at 15 Kailas has published a novel, founded revolutionary culture magazine Trebuchet and published hundreds of articles around the world.

He’s also had a parallel career as a producer and creative strategist for various advertising agencies in London with clients including; Diageo, Inmarsat, Morrisons, Berwin Leighton Paisner, Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, South West Trains, New Look, National Skills Academy for Social Care, Guinness, Sony, Smirnoff, BBC, Virgin Business and Black Dog/Ridley Scott Associates.

Occasionally lecturing at the Surrey Academy for Contemporary Music on Digital Media, Creativity and Promotion Kailas currently advises a variety of large spend companies on the vectors of beauty, functionality and value for a modest fee.
